Effective Feb. 27, 2019, the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) adopted amendments to Rule 15c2-12 that impact secondary market disclosure for bonds issued by state and local governments. Review the rule changes and assist municipal officials in adjusting policies and procedures to reflect the changes. This webinar is presented by Dee Wisor, Esq., Butler Snow partner, and will be of interest to municipal attorneys, finance staff, and city and town managers. CLE accreditation has been applied for. One MUNIversity credit is available for elected officials for this training.

Municipal Cost: Free to CML Municipal Members BUT you must register by Friday, May 17 (nn attorney who is an employee of a municipality is a municipal member).
Associate Member Cost: $25 (an attorney is not an employee of a municipality but serves as the primary legal counsel (attorney or record) for a municipality OR their law firm is a CML associate member).
Nonmember Cost: $50 (attorney is not an employee of a municipality, nor serves as attorney of record for a municipality, nor their law firm is not a CML associate member).
Registrations may be canceled up to seven days prior to the scheduled event. If you fail to attend the webinar, you are still responsible for payment. Payment is due at time of registration.
