Time: Noon - 1:00 p.m.Did you know that every year, Colorado receives an allocation of tax exempt bonding authority that it shares with cities, towns, counties and authorities around the state? This bonding authority can be used to stimulate and support affordable housing and economic development within your community. And best of all, using or assigning this resource has little or no cost to the community. Join us on Thursday, March 8 from 12pm-1pm to learn the fundamentals of PABs and how to use this valuable financing tool.
Municipal Cost: Free to CML Municipal Members BUT you must register by Friday, March 2, 2018
Associate Member Cost: $25 by March 2
Nonmember Cost: $50 by March 2
Credits: 1.0 MUNIversity Elected Officials' Leadership Credit will be awarded to elected officials registeredfor webinar.
