This webinar offers an overview of the new legislation concerning liquor law changes and the implementation of SB 18-243. It will address new distance restrictions from schools for fermented malt beverages (FMBs), and requirements on the age of servers in both FMB and retail liquor stores (RLS), along with public consumption and recodifying the enforcements codes into Title 44. Time will be allotted for questions and answers.

Municipal Cost: Free to CML Municipal Members BUT you must register by Wednesday, December 12 2018

Associate Member Cost: $25 by December 12

Nonmember Cost: $50 by December 12

Registrations may be canceled up to seven days prior to the scheduled event. If you fail to attend the webinar, you are still responsible for payment. Your registration will not be final until payment is received.
