This webinar will include a discussion of the circumstances that must exist in order for a municipal election to be cancelled, including how to determine terms in the event of vacancies. Additionally, procedures for verifying signatures in municipal mail ballot elections will be presented, so this is a must-attend session for any municipality holding its own mail ballot election in April.
(While especially intended for clerks whose municipalities will be having elections in spring 2018, all clerks are welcome to participate.)
Municipal Cost: Free to CML Municipal Members BUT you must register.
Associate Member Cost: $25
Nonmember Cost: $50.

Registrations may be canceled up to seven days prior to the scheduled event. Cancelled registrations from associate members and nonmembers received prior to this date will be refunded, less a $10 processing fee. Cancellations made fewer than seven days prior to the event cannot be accepted; however, attendee substitutuions can be made anytime. If you fail to attend the webinar, you are still responsible for payment. Your registration will not be final until payment is received.
