This webinar will address the conflict between the rights of protestors to speak and the need to preserve public order. Essentially, it will provide the "Dos and Don'ts" for the municipal attorney.
FREE For an attorney who is an employee of a municipality (registration is required).
Free for a municipal official
$25 for an attorney who serves as the primary legal counsel (attorney of record), but is not an employee of a municipality
$50 Nonmember (neither an employee of a municipality or serving as attorney of record for a municipality, nor if their law firm is not a CML associate member
Registration Deadline: November 30
Continuing Legal Credits: CML has applied for CLE credit(s). You must be registered and attend the webinar for CLE credit.
Registrations may be canceled up to seven days prior to the scheduled event. Cancelled registrations from associate members and nonmembers received prior to this date will be refunded, less a $10 processing fee. Cancellations made fewer than seven days prior to the event cannot be accepted; however, attendee substitutuions can be made anytime. If you fail to attend the webinar, you are still responsible for payment. Your registration will not be final until payment is received.
